Kids Kickboxing: Our Kids Kickboxing program is a fun and challenging workout that teaches children the fundamentals of kickboxing. Through pad work, partner drills, and bag work, kids will improve their strength, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. They'll also learn basic self-defense techniques and develop self-confidence and discipline.


Kids Judo: Judo is a grappling martial art that emphasizes technique and leverage over brute strength. Our Kids Judo program will teach your child how to safely throw, pin, and submit their opponent using a variety of techniques. Judo training can improve your child's balance, coordination, and body awareness, as well as boost their self-esteem and self-discipline.
